fire way to lose weight? Most of us do. Let’s see the
basics. Why do we gain weight? How to lose that extra fat?
And how best can we achieve and maintain that ideal weight?
Our body weight is controlled by the number of calories
we eat and the number of calories we use each day. Our life
style is such that we spend most our “active hours” in a
chair, at home, at office or in a cab.
Our body has evolved a wonderful mechanism, that all
those extra calories we eat, ( more than what we need ) are
converted and stored as fat in our body. This is the reserve
that our body falls-back on for energy, at times of need
like when we skip a meal, get sick or when we fast. But when
that accumulation of fat reaches certain level, ironically
becomes harmful to our body and calls for correction.
We come across a plethora of plans to lose weight
quickly. Sadly many of them are aimed to market their lose
weight products. Though you come across a variety of
resources, exercise is still what doctors prefer to lose
weight combined with other forms like diet programs etc.
The benefits of exercise and physical activity come from
making them a permanent habit. Make it your life style.
Increase your general physical activities like gardening etc
along with. You shall be able to maintain your ideal weight,
and keep that fat off for ever. Healthy habits result in
weight loss. But that's only part of the big picture.
Exercise and a healthy diet can help make you healthier.
They are just one part of becoming physically fit. Think
about other lifestyle changes you can make.
By exercising and eating a balanced diet you can lose
weight and control it after. To start with set a goal of
ideal weight or how much weight you want to lose. Calculate
your BMI and be a judge your self.
